Eduverse Summit India 2024 Refund Policy

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that prevent you from attending the Eduverse Summit India 2024 (the “Event”). Our refund policy (the “Policy””) aims to accommodate these changes while safeguarding the financial interests of the Event. Please read the following Policy carefully:

1. Refund Windows and Amounts:

0-14 Days Before Event: No Refund No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled Event date.
15-45 Days Before Event: 50% Refund Cancellations made between 15 and 45 days before the scheduled Event date will be eligible for a 50% refund of the registration fee, less any banking or processing charges.
46-90 Days Before Event: 75% Refund Cancellations made between 46 and 90 days before the scheduled Event date will be eligible for a 75% refund of the registration fee, less any banking or processing charges.
91+ Days Before Event: 100% Refund Cancellations made more than 91 days before the scheduled Event date will be eligible for a full refund of the registration fee, less any banking or processing charges.

2. Conditions and Exclusions:

Visa and Travel Issues: We recommend all international attendees apply for their visas well in advance. Refunds will not be provided for visa denials or delays, or any travel-related issues that prevent attendance.
Personal Circumstances: Personal circumstances, including but not limited to illness, family emergencies, or changes in personal schedules, will not be considered for refunds beyond the specified windows above.
Banking and Processing Charges: All refunds will be issued less any applicable banking or processing charges. These charges are non-refundable.
Transfer of Registration: If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another person by notifying us in writing at least 14 days before the scheduled Event date. Please provide the full name and contact details of the person who will be attending in your place.
Event Cancellation or Postponement: In the unlikely event that the scheduled Event is cancelled or postponed, registrants will be offered a full refund of the registration fee or the option to transfer their registration to the rescheduled Event. M Square Business Solutions Inc., the owner of Eduverse Summit brand, will not be responsible for any travel or accommodation costs incurred.
Refund Request Procedure: To request a refund, please contact our registration team at [email protected] with your registration details and reason for cancellation. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receipt of the request, subject to the conditions outlined above.

3. Force Majeure

In the event that the Event is cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, acts of terrorism, epidemic, pandemic, or other emergenices, refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis. M Square Business Solutions Inc. reserves the right to retain a portion of the registration fee to cover reasonable costs incurred.

4. No-Show Policy

Registratnts who do not attend the Event and have not submitted a cancellation request in accordance with this policy will not be eligible for a refund.
